In his last corporate role, he was VP-Infrastructure Management at Xerox (now Conduent), $20 Billion global corporation where he led various IT transformation & security initiatives. Earlier, he worked as Vice President – Technology & Information Security at IGATE (now Capgemini) and managed IT & Information Security infrastructure, operations & service delivery globally. He has been Instrumental in winning many multi-million $ deals in Infrastructure Management space.

He has worked with global, multicultural organizations like Telseon Inc. at California (USA), Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) at Abu Dhabi (UAE), Algosaibi GTB at Riyadh (SA), Center for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) & HCL at New Delhi (India).

His career spans across Indian and Transnational corporations in Manufacturing, Software, IT Services and BPO Industries with proven credentials in running Plant and Business Operations, Quality and Business Excellence, Strategy and Risk Management and Technology Solutions.

In his last stint, he was Vice President with Infosys. Prior to that, he has worked as General Manager with Accenture, Chief Manager at ICICI Bank and Sr. Manager at INDAL. He has passionately built and scaled key business functions from ground zero – Quality, Transformation, Risk, Re-engineering, Technology and Consulting are a few examples to quote.

He is adept at setting strategic direction and in designing initiatives to achieve organizational effectiveness. He has collaborated with multiple levels of business leaders and C suite executives, designed and led several organization-wide transformational programs and long-term projects enhancing value to the stakeholders and improving business outcomes.

In addition, he is adept at Business Excellence models – EFQM and MBNQA and global best in class standards for Quality Management, Information Security, Business Continuity, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety.

He has demonstrated thought leadership through collaboration with professional organizations such as CII, NASSCOM, ASSOCHAM, HMA, IMCA and ELCINA, wherein he has been a speaker, organizer, session chair at several professional events and a publisher of POVs on optimization, quality, operations and business excellence, automation and organization effectiveness. He has been a Guest/Visiting faculty at several B-Schools and Engineering colleges dealing with topics such as Quantitative Methods, Management Research Techniques, Operations Management and so on.

Siva is a result-oriented, ASQ Certified Six-Sigma Master Black Belt / Lean Professional with over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing and Service industries in Automotive, Healthcare, Shipping & Logistics, Telecom, Media, BFSI and Technical services domains.

He is highly experienced in large size Continuous Improvement culture deployment using Lean Six Sigma and other Quality initiatives to achieve true business excellence. He has managed numerous global assignments leading to increased profitability, reduced costs, and improved overall performance leading to a Quality Net Income of > $30M.

He is proficient in analyzing gaps in business processes and devising solutions based on proven approaches like Six Sigma, Lean, MBQA, COPC etc. Many of the projects mentored by him have won recognition and accolades on International forum like IQPC, US & UK Awards for Best Project as Black Belt. He also achieved ASQ’s MBB of year Award (finalist). Ashish brings rich background and experience of over 21 years in various leadership roles. He is proficient in Enterprise level solution design, Strategy, leading global scale projects and held responsibility for greenfield initiatives, carrying them from concept to full operationalization.

Ashish has worked with clients across the globe, delivering solutions leveraging technology and automation. As part of new business set up he has provided oversight on growth strategy, product & solution bouquet and P&L.

He has worked with Start-up and established organizations such as Mercer India, NIIT, GE Capital and Patni Computers.

Ashish is a Masters in Finance and a Graduate in Commerce, a certified RPA professional and a practitioner of Lean-Six sigma, COPC, ISO 9001 and 27001.

P. Kannan is a senior management professional with over 27 years of professional experience working with and growing organizations as a strategist. He has worked with multiple domains like Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality and Tourism. His experience spans with organizations of varying sizes and stages of growth. In several of his assignments he has reported directly to the Board of Directors helping them formulate Business growth and devise go-to-market strategies. Kannan holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Kamaraj University of Madurai. He also holds Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi.
